    Lol my son was with me when I watched and when toy said you were going to have a snack he was excited and asked "is it bacon?" Lol gotta love my kid

    Destinee you look amazing. I started 2 months ago and it is amazing how good you can feel while not eating sugar and processed grains. Keep up the good work.

    Hiya I love your videos I’ve jus started keto this week. Which swerve should I buy? I’ve been using canderel and just read that we shouldn’t be having that.

      Hey thank you ☺️💗 I’m not sure what that product is that you mentioned but yes swerve is the best sweetener you can get, you can add it to anything!

    You look great and shrimp stir fry looks delicious but I would skip the starchy peas and corn and add more non starchy veggies like mushrooms, zucchini or broccoli.

    Hi , AMEN , sister , I wake up at 5 am by 3 pm I needed chocolate , and I had,seen you mention this and what a difference , I am on my 5 the day of KETO no urge at all to cheat , I haven't gotten the keto flu , and I only remember just headaches 2 of the 5 days but so far 5 pounds , that's alot for me, I'm 52 in the middle of menopause and I usually lose 5 pounds 1 month . This is really going to work for me I've been dieting since 12 , the best part is I'm not tired , I was ALWAYS tired between me b ops use and carbs and sugar .THANK YOU FOR YOUR MOTIVATION .....KEEP IT GOING

    Just started back keto, I stopped because I was having some major stomach problems that hindered my digestion system. Have you been consuming a bunch of water to pee that much or was it something else? Also how do you know when your fat adapted?

      Usually when you start to pee a lot of keto you are flushing out excess water retention or flushing out fat, its a great thing :) If you need help trouble shooting your stomach problems I would be glad to help you.

      I drink a regular amount of water nothing crazy... I just listen to my body when it comes to fluids. You know your fat adapted when you can go longer between meals and you don’t have to consume as much fat in your meals because you stay full longer. Basically your body is used to keto and begins to run on your own fat.

      I heard peeing a lot could be because a lack of sodium. I had a lot of stomach problems at first on keto but they dispersed after a couple of weeks.

    I'm not a fan of cauliflower at all, but this looked so good I might have to give it a try! Also your nails looked awesome, loved the color!

      You can barely taste that’s it’s cauliflower rice, almost tastes like the real thing 🤓 and thank you I really like the color too but my boyfriend and friends said it didn’t go with my skin color but I beg to differ 💁🏻‍♀️ I love it 💅🏼

    Are you diabetic or prediabetic?Usually if sugar levels are high, the body will create extra urine in an effort to get rid of sugar.

      Not diabetic or pre-diabetic thank god. My A1c was 4.8% ( normal) last time I was at the doctor. I think it’s just getting rid of ketones and water weight.

    Try the fat bombs and just add some nuts to it. Its cheaper and better for you. I know i love them 😍
