- Hi friends, this is a guided meditation designed to move you into the states of love and gratitude. It is intended to offer you grounding and support when you feel unsettled and off balance in your life.
Gratitude is such a beautiful tool for cultivating peace and happiness. I highly recommend you begin a practice of sitting in gratitude every day for at least 5 minutes-- whether it's a meditation or a journal session. Something as simple as 5 minutes really does have the power to shift everything for you.

Was feeling this meditation until the ad interfered, after that couldn’t get the peace back.
I’m afraid I can’t subscribe because ads in the middle ruins the meditation.

It's the RUclips thing isn't it? You have to subscribe to RUclips and get premium in order for it to not have ads

I had ads😢
Ad in the middle of meditation has really put me off and took me out of meditation mode very abruptly. Really off putting. Would have been a good meditation otherwise ✨
