I adore him but he doesn't play enough of the late eighties and nineties songs,he sticks to his golden oldies the so called greatest hits of his yet all his songs worth listening to.He has songs like Mistra know it all,Skeletons,Conversation Peace,etc we rarely see him play them.

I worked with Stevie as sound man/stage manager at his first MSG show! Ask Stevie about the guy that walked him from stage to men’s room then back to stage to make his then new Oberheim OBX keyboard panel on bottom come to life for his concert, maybe he’ll remember me, Ken Averett
I loved the gig despite the dreadful sound, the bass had a continues cracky annoying sound like the pads were about to explode. Man engineering was the worst considering one of the best musicians of the century was on stage. Outrageous. Any ways I am glad didn't missed it.

Every song redone with the synthesizer, only commercial songs are plaid, awfull costume, vocal is bad. Anyway, we still need his presence on stage, cause he is the one, born among billions

jason byrne I do wonder was his vocal purposely low in the mix to cover any vocal imperfections ?! Seen him in 2010 when he was in his prime and this concert doesn’t even compare but I guess these legends voices can only hold up so much use and abuse over the years !!
I feel bad for those who were further back in the arena and experienced bad sound, as you can see I was at the standing barrier and the sound was perfect from there and I have no complaints - I can imagine it must be frustrating to not be able to hear as well! I do however wish that people would differentiate between bad sound and a bad performance as I think quite clearly Stevie done incredibly well!
@@gotdsinginbug well to be honest it is down to the sound engineer.. I'm not saying his sound was crap it was just very low and disappointing like listening to a radio in the background you know.. however, it could be that he needs it Lowe so he doesn't have to strain as much either.
I think Stevie should graciously bow out of performing because his voice have significantly diminished or lower the range of the songs. He is sick, and it have adversely affected the quality and tonality. He seems to be straining. His songs are 1st high tenor.

Went to the Hyde Park gig on 6/7/19... love Stevie. . The sound was awful. Fair play to him for doing the gigs being so poorly.
