I am lucky enough to have met them both after a show at Ocean in Hackney and, as you say, they are both very upbeat and genuine people. I still have a letter and a postcard from Joanne from 1988. I was absolutely star struck and they were very good at putting me at ease. Bless em

Susan and Joanne are such " nice straight jolly girls" ( quote Agatha Christie). Love them, and also Phil, Martin and the rest of the band.
