    Omg I’m so relieved that there will be a S2! I’ve read the book so when I saw where S1 finished I was so confused 🤣 I thought “there was so much more that was left uncovered.” This is a relief.

      Ahn Sung-ki pleaseee,
      Adult Noa probably will be a Some Unknown American Korean/Japanese Korean or a Korean Actor who usually plays Supporting Roles. Im fine about it because so far all the Cast were Amazing, because the Directing and Script was also Top Notch

      Both needs to be played by Lee Min Ho cuz in Novel Noah resembles his Biological Father therefore both these should be played by Lee Min Ho

    Hansu (Lee Minho) doesn’t get a ton of screen time but his presence is always there. I feel this is partly because of Lee Minho’s acting. I know Hansu was painted like a villain yet the episode where he loses his father and he loses his dreams tells us how he got to this point. I would love to see Hansu get a redemption story of some kind.

      i hve the same opinion. The earthquake episode was my favorite of the whole season. Seeing Hansu try to be a father could also change a lot of the plot and his character for the better and one of my theories for season 2 is that maybe that relation could be what drove noah to unaliving himself.

    6:53 damn I totally missed or forgot that they apparently do reveal in season 1 what happens to Noa. I genuinely thought they were going for having the audience [who haven't read the book] assume that adult Mozasu and the little boy Sunja has with Hansu are the same person, until a slow reveal that they aren't, and then Noas death eventually being a twist

    If there is a deviation from the books, I want Solomon to take his vengeance on the people who left him out to dry (his boss, the Japanese businessmen who looked down on him, even Naomi). That will show Solomon not as a passive participant but someone who will hit back. I think that will tie into his grandmother's and father's arc, on how they both took on the world and succeeded in their own ways. Sunja started it, Mozasu built a strong foundation, and Solomon will make the skyscraper.

  • @amandageorge2883
    @amandageorge2883 Месяц назад

    The part that left me puzzled or confused is when the grandmother gave solomon the watch became isnt his father the second child for the pastor so why gave him that watch ,it has me thinking next thing Solomon's dad is Noa & Hansu is his grandfather & that Noa is either dead or is in prison or isn't able to be a father so he gave Solomon to his mother or his brother & they raised him because to me that would only explain why she gave him the watch that has been passed down from Hansu to his son Noa who is his flesh & blood . I ask myself if I'm crazy & overthinking this show but i think its a valuable question because if Noa is dead & he never had any kids the watch will only help the grandmother because of the history she has with Hansu so how or why would the watch help Solomon.

I think this drama is not fit for Lee Minho as biggest star.many fans over the world watching this drama because of Lee Minho. But when watching this drama the fact is the Heirs is still number one.this drama even can't compare to THE HEIRS. only good in novel but film is out of the reality. Apple is big and most company but this drama perform lost compare with Korean drama company

      Before watching Pachinko, I had not heard of Lee Minho. I live in Northern Europe and wasn’t really into K drama. I was absolutely blown away by his performance as Koh Hansu and looked up other series starring Lee Minho. Doing Pachinko has brought Lee Minho to an audience that may never have seen his work before - he has received outstanding reviews for his performance in the media and online. So, although Lee Minho’s part is a supporting one, it has brought him worldwide attention and plaudits for his exceptional acting. I’m really glad he took the role and I’m sure it will lead to greater things for him in the future
      Best wishes.

      I am a Lee Min-ho fan and I disagree. I think Pachinko has elevated his acting and taken him to a new level. He’s more mature. His earlier dramas were for teens and 20 somethings. He can now be in a league with actors who can be in films/dramas that are not just Korean and appeal to more mature viewers.

    • @Liverbird-zp7yg
      @Liverbird-zp7yg 2 года назад +3

      @@ATLG1RL727 I watched Pachinko before any other of Lee Minho’s work so I saw a mature, layered and intriguing performance. I have really enjoyed his other work but I do think Pachinko is his best performance (IMO) to date. I mean, if you can fall in love with Hansu, despite the awful things he does - that tells me that it is an outstanding actor, at the top of his game, in this role. I think Lee Minho will go on to do more challenging roles on a worldwide stage.
