First call: Delaney would NEVER lack compassion with a woman how he did with this man. YES he’s still hurt because this heffa cheated on him and caused some of the financial burden he has now!! He is soooooo compassionate to women when they’re abandoned by a cheating spouse. “I know you’re hurting, what that jerk did to you was wrong. You were married to a man-child.” Yada yada yada but he said absolutely nothing about this no good wife. Didn’t even suggest counseling to deal with the hurt or suggest he find a trusted pastor to help him though this as they usually do.

Nick didn’t attempt to give numbers and just had a pitty party for the first 4 minutes before Delony told him to snap out of 2020, he needed to hear what delony said. I am sorry but a stay at home mom can work nights when the dad is home or weekends to avoid daycare costs for a season. The husband can work a second job and the mom can work when he is not working. You go to work on opposite shifts to avoid daycare and both parents step up and take care of the kids. Both adults are responsible for their debt both adults need to sacrifice time with their children to get out of the mess.

Personally, I think they've gone in too many directions. The goose that laid the golden egg for Dave Ramsey was a very simple one - tell people in seven easy steps how to get out of debt. It had an audience desperate to know exactly that - and that led to his book The Total Money Makeover and the groups gathered together to take Financial Peace University, mostly in churches in the beginning. He actually took the ideas of Larry Burkett who preceded him with the same message, but figured out how to market it. Now they are going in a dozen different directions with job advice, pop psychology, insurance, real estate, and trying to give solutions from people who are not really experts to all different kinds of complex situations in a five minute telephone call. And there is almost continual marketing of all of their books and programs. All this has diluted the brand and left them with a much less clear identity - no one really knows the actual main focus of RS anymore and that is expressed by all the people who can't get their fix from Dave when he isn't on. Now there are literally hundreds of people on RUclips giving financial advice - some better, some not that great - and the way of managing money and the complexities of how people earn a living are entirely different and people's lives are far more complicated than they were when Dave started this business 50 years ago. There's a danger in killing the goose that laid the golden egg.
Typical Jade, she is not Dave Ramsey, but she tries to do the hard approach like Dave, but she sux at it. Dave knows when to do it, she doesn't know how to do it. She also isn't good at numbers and when the situation calls for her to do specific calculations she hides behind what the caller is/isn't doing.

With a little practice, I could easily do what these jokers are doing. I have tons of real life financial and family experience, certainly more than these two. For caller 1, Money was being printed in 2020(stimulus) and everyone was doing house work you can't base your expected earnings off that.
