    I think this video needs two thumbs up ( I gave the 12). I went through 3 disaster recovery and manged to keep my sanity. I used to put my work on top of my priority list; now I put my health and my family on top of my priority list.

    Thanks for sharing a real American Short coming in our work culture. We are taught to tough it out. Get up and rub dirt in the injury...compete until you drop... The cost on an individual level is too high. Europe has the right approach..Mandatory holiday across the board and less stress . Quality of life , should be “the most “ important thing in our culture. Most Companies do drain the health out of staff and drop them from the rolls ruthlessly. Just Wrong.

    i have previous employers godsiping to future employers trying to stop me from working in town all because i refused sexual favors to a previous company owners son. we are under corporate fascism. companies can treat us however they want and no justice for employees. especially when i cant afford courts and lawyers. im about to quit the work force. im a steelworker who made over 65$ an hour. now im stuck with spoiled narcissistic millenial kids and im lucky to earn over minimum wage. its bs. i went to school for nothing and should have dropped out of highschool. im told no pregnancy, no healthcare for me. i go to Mexico to not die and get healthcare. ive had two stress related heart attacks due to slander at work. its my dream to flee this country.

    I almost died of low cortisol because my adrenalin (the opposit hormone) had been far too high for far too long. College degrees, bad diets, pollution, broken hearts, losing a job, especially mixed together, are a nice concoction to get adrenal crisis instantly!
