I’m sure I once read Nissan won’t sponsor Sunderland or Newcastle as they have workers on both sides and don’t want to risk any upset. Probably rubbish but it could be why it’s never happened
@EddyBamber I mean I can understand if that is the case however they could sponsor both clubs in some capacity. I wpuldnt care if we had same sponsor as long as are kits are unique the company on the front and sleeves don't matter too much as long as it looks good that's what matters
I don't Understand why clubs can't have alcoholic beverage companies on their kits yet EFL and Prem allow Gambling organisations with no problem
