Hi, you say this helmet fits intercoms easily which is nice, but how noisy are these helmets, can you easily hear people talking? 🤔🤞👍can the shoei ex-zero incorporate intercoms ? Thanks for any help.
How is the fit Vs a Shoei or Arai? I find I fit perfectly into an XL in either of those but with HJC I find the temples tight and my chin presses up against the inside of the chin bar.
It has grooves to allow for glasses/sunglasses arms but it would be hard to gage the fit under the visor as it would be dependent on your face dimensions. Mine is fine though..
I just got mine today. Took it for a spin and I can say the air gets through the drop-down visor and felt uncomfortable to my eyes. I might need goggles for longer rides. Anyone with same experience?
Fortnine has an excellent video about why DOT is a trash garbage "safety standard" that basically means nothing. If you're going to straddle an engine please ensure your lid is at least Snell, preferably ECE 22.05. ECE 22.06 is even better but it's expensive and hard to find right now.
One of these with a visor and minus the peak, and I'd maybe fancy one. But I'm not wearing goggles. Ah, it's got a visor. Still prefer my Roof Boxer V8.

Hi, these helmets are not the best for intercoms as due to the open space it does make them more louder than other helmets. Hope this helps - Iza

Is it better than a DMD Seventy Five, more comfortable than the Ex-Zero ?

the DMD Seventy Five helmet's big goofy goggles look pretty close to a shield
Take a look at the Torc T9. Great-looking retro Mx- inspired with a full shield. You could wear goggles with the shield up if preferred.
