This is a seriously cool minor chord that can be used for a variety of different things. It is a minor 6/9 chord and it is called this because it doesn't have a 7th.... just the 3rd, 5th, 6th and 9th.
It has a very dark, melodic minor harmony sound and is great for comping as well as an 'end chord'. I recommend learning it in a few different keys and then really make an effort to try and integrate it into your own playing.
