Welcome to the bravo club! Super clean bravo you got! Hope you're able to do some cool stuff for the super small bravo community 😅 So weird your carbureted bravo is backwards compared to my injected, like air filter and Reservoirs ect
Ya super bummed on the carb'd aspect. I was under the impression it was efi but it certainly isn't. I will definitely get down with this one! found lowering springs, got the wheels already. i'll do an exhaust, it'll be a fun one for sure. not a whole lot of bravos out there it seems like. everyone sleeping on a good van!
If anyone is interested we have this exact model showing up in the states in the next few months! Military family lived in Japan for 4 years and are bringing this bad boy home. Please reach out if interested in buying!
I'm surprised that a 98 has carb and no EFI. When will all the Kei vehicles have EFI. That is awesome. Can you make replacement decals? That might be the way to go. If not, go with your gut. Have you tried a steamer on that seat? Might work.
ya im surprised too. you'd think they would've switched to something easier to work on lol. maybe 99 and up were efi but my 97 Sambar Dias is efi. ya the seat is gonna take some time to clean, might try steam cleaning too.
@@OhKeiGarage unfortunately, I live in Kentucky and the entire KEI class of vehicles is highly restricted, as in, no driving at night, must be driven with lights on at all times, cannot be driven on public roads and streets, can only be used on farms, you can cross a public road to get to farmland on the other side of the road but only at a 90*angle. When I found this out I was extremely disappointed, thinking that as long as I live here, I may never get to own one. Kentucky has a Toyota plant close to me that is the largest in the world, over 10k people work there and this plant has been chosen to build the first ever EV whenever they build one. I wish I could get Toyota to help lobby the legislature to ease restrictions on KEI vehicles but at this point it’s just wishful thinking.
Has label stickers timing belt new replaced in 2019 April 64463km 🎉🎉🎉🎉
GREAT NEWS THEN!! Loving this van! Wish it was a turbo like the one you had though lol
Great Job..."Bravo!!"

What did you have to pay for it? It looks like it’s in excellent shape at least on the outside, or on the non mechanical side.
I paid $3500 in japan for it :)
