Even before Pat Rieley released the statement that the Heat weren't trading Jimmy Butler, I still never saw it as possible that he could go to the Warriors. I thought that the Warriors players didn't fully equal what Miami could consider what Jimmy's worth. The Warriors are at a weird point where it could be said that they lost the offseason by not going all in for trying to acquire Lauri Markkanen even though the asking price would've been through the roof, but then they also didn't go all in for Paul George by giving him that no trade clause which clearly was a smart move. I am a bit surprised that Green is still on the team, I actually thought he would've been traded in a package for more shooters.

@@johnmarkson1990 I disagree If you look at the past 10 championship rosters, most of those teams relied on older players and veterans. I was saying this when they’re 12-3, they played against bad teams, had a close win against Dallas with a struggling Luka, a good win against Boston, and let’s not forget Chet got injured in that okc game. Media was going on about this rotation when it was painfully obvious players like podziemski, waters, and Jackson Davis do not look good at all on offense, especially when Steph and buddy aren’t on the floor. Sure buddy has slowed down but they always had just enough talent to be a 500 team, and they’ve lost to the better teams they played since November.

here's a story, go back and watch Draymond Green and Baron Davis podcast, it was right after Klay's first visit to the Bay where Curry went nuts and scored the dagger 3. B. Davis asked Green what was it why Warriors are so hot and winning games..11-2 start no. 1 in the West..Green's response? He said it was all Stotts offense and Stackhouse defense! No mention of Kerr...guess what happened the game after? Warriors immediately went back to Steve Kerr's motion offense and small ball line-ups..as if he was trying to prove a point that his strategy won them 4 championships...starting right after that, Warriors instead of blowing out teams in the third and sitting Curry in the 4th, they started to playing more close games and losing some games...all of a sudden players are no longer in rhythm, playing out of position and out of rotations, 3-4 small guard line-ups..Warriors went from 11-2 no in the West to a play-in team!!! Kerr is the problem, not the players, not the teams they played, it's been going like this for the last 3 years...Saric at Center, Wiggins/Kuminga at power forward, even at times, Klay Thompson as power forward...Kerr is out of his mind and still thinks his small ball still works...it worked before since he had a prime Igoudala and KD in the line-up...

Dude its a Tough TIme to be a Warriors Fan ever since after the Last Championship 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Plus Dunleavy is an Idiot, Dude did nothing noteworthy as a Player, now does something or a lot of Stupid things as a GM. Golden State needs to hire Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala in place of Dunleavy, they know the Culture and How the Front Office Runs down there in Golden State

Sometimes you gotta recognize when the run is over. Someone should remind the Warriors front office that it's not 2017 anymore. Sometimes, it's best to go from winning to flat-out being trash because at least then, you aren't fooling yourself into thinking you "still got it". The Warriors don't have to be a lottery team, but at the same time, they aren't legit contenders anymore.

its all on Kerr for not starting Kuminga alonside curry and instead having Draymond start and play significant minutes. He NEEDS to go or come off the bench

ESPN : blah blah blah something something Stephen a nonsense.
Synthetic sports: basically 2 options. Either rebuild and trade curry or go all out for one last one.

Warriors really need good players, they sent Jordan Poole away, and they sent Clay Thompson away with nothing in return.

Can you guys talk about the magic? Can we talk about how much they've been injured yet they still have an over .500 record and just highlight some of the good stuff that's been going on within the organization despite all of the injuries.
They pulled off some impressive wins these last week and I think it would help people understand that ever teams are making is that it's not just about building around one or two star players, it's about having like a good culture, strong principles, and most importantly a good f**king defense.
I'm not trying to be an asshole but I'm tired of everything being based around LeBron and Steph. Those teams are what they are. They're exactly what they were when the season started and nothing is going to really change other than the fact that they are the most popular players in the NBA. Let's build some noteworthy storylines.

The Celtics have the cultural cachet and legacy necessary to trade a superstar. They can trade away Garnett and Pierce because they have Bird and Russell's jersey's hanging above them. No one player is greater than the organization. Steph IS the warriors. There's nobody above him in that arena every night. He made the warriors what they are.
