Warriors could have drafted Sengun ... but took Moody, a backup guard, instead. Sengun consistently requires double-teams from opponents and is a great passer. Looney and Jackson-Davis are good defenders but undersized and ZERO offensive threats unless they are 2-feet from the basket. No one will ever double-team them.

I thought that the Warriors players didn't fully equal what Miami could consider what Jimmy's worth. The Warriors are at a weird point where it could be said that they lost the offseason by not going all in for trying to acquire Lauri Markkanen even though the asking price would've been through the roof, but then they also didn't go all in for Paul George by giving him that no trade clause which clearly was a smart move. I am a bit surprised that Green is still on the team, I actually thought he would've been traded in a package for more shooters.
They had the chance to trade Paul’s salary for LaVine but opted in for this bs 11 man lineup. LaVine could’ve been the lead scorer at 25-27 ppg and giving steph the proper help he needs but nope, settled for mediocrity again.
The Warriors prioritizing young players doesn’t make sense. You can’t compete with a mix of young inexperienced guys, a few washed vets, and just Steph. They need solid role players who can consistently help them win, which is why I support trading for Jimmy Butler.

They pulled off some impressive wins these last week and I think it would help people understand that ever teams are making is that it's not just about building around one or two star players, it's about having like a good culture, strong principles, and most importantly a good f**king defense.
I'm not trying to be an asshole but I'm tired of everything being based around LeBron and Steph. Those teams are what they are. They're exactly what they were when the season started and nothing is going to really change other than the fact that they are the most popular players in the NBA. The Celtics have the cultural cachet and legacy necessary to trade a superstar. They can trade away Garnett and Pierce because they have Bird and Russell's jersey's hanging above them. No one player is greater than the organization. Steph IS the warriors. There's nobody above him in that arena every night. He made the warriors what they are.
