Let me tell you something I am guilty of. I suggested one my friends to shave her face (she was naturally a bit hairy). And then the blunder happened. She had thick hairs growing out if her face and guess what, she had to shave more often as the hairs were thick and visible. I then asked her to get an epilator as it would take longer to let the hair grow. And previously she wasn't even that noticeably hairy or such. I would suggest no one to shave their face. Its a disaster. :(
Hair does not come faster...in case of shaving the outerpart only gets cut not the root of the hair so it reappers just on the skin and because it's cut blunt the thicker hair pokes out easier... I have been using razors for a while

Geetha Balakrishnan the shaving/razoring does not cause darkening. The brownish tint or the pigmentation you are tlaking about is caused by alcohol based shaving creams and after shaves that they use, which we women in shaving dont, therefore no chance of pigmentation.
Armpit darkening is the hair inside your skin(because shaving only cuts through top unlike root remvoal in waxing) which because of sweat causes illusion to look even more darker. The skin never actually gets darker. It is best to wax underarms to avoid such illusions of darker armpits. And shave rest of the body. Its cheaper and less painful and even manageable.

Hi darling.. I agree with Rukshar. It's safest to use the straight blade razor like the one I showed in the video as the chances of getting cut are less :) And it's meant for fine hair on your face ...

you can use coconut oil just apply oil on your face nd then shave... basically oil just protects the skin from the razor.. i use to get rashes after using technique on dry skin... try using oil its much better nd after that use a cooling face mask just a tip
Nida don't ever do that. It pulls the skin and leads to premature sagging. Also, it may give acne or tiny bumps all over, which is what happened to me when I tried it once long back.

Hi.. I don't do this on brides. I only do the makeup and my hairstylist does hair and draping :) For brides whi want to try this out, I recommend doing this a couple of months before the wedding to see if it suits their skin. Never try anything for the first time before an important event...

ratchana asogan Even I have thick facial hair so If you do want to shave then I will recommend men's facial razor, they are extremely nice and will give you a clean shave, just pull your skin. your hair won't come out thicker but it will grow the next day.
ratchana asogan hi..even i hav pcos n suffered same same problem as urs. u can use a cream with name hinder to minimize the effect of thick hair...within 2 3 months u will c d effect. hair will become fine n growth will also slowdown my gynecologist had prescribed me this cream. u may talk to ur doctor about this cream n start using it hope it helps :)
