Make sure you can dial a number from the watch.
If can wait for awhile then go to device info and click registration code

I also face the same problem. But It is ok now. First be sure the SIM card is working on the watch. Put bill for both data and phone call. If registration code failed to load, don't worry. Just switch off and open again. And wait for an hour. My watch registration code appears. So I scanned and paired, now everything is fine.

Use the Qr code in the watch turn it on and go to sittings
