Very nicely shot and interesting.
Pity about the references to cast iron, should be bronze casting.
"quenching" brass and other non-ferrous metals and alloys (bronze, copper, silver etc.) does exactly opposite to hardening.
It's called annealing.
The only way to harden brass and other copper alloys is to cold-work it which tightens the metal structure and making it harder and less malleable.
Annealing after casting is nescessery to eliminate brittleness (see how he broke the sprues right after the cast). After annealing it would bend not brake.
Thanks for the explanation!
Sản phẩm bằng đồng nhìn rất mát mắt. Xài biết bao giờ mới hư nổi rất đẹp 🇰🇷👍.
muy hermoso gracias por mostrarlo

I love everything about it but the way he set up the lathe jig to allow him to work it was pure genius.
Wow! Lasers are traditional? 🙃
They live in 3035 maybe 🤣
They are martian
don't be silly, it's not a main part of the manufacturing process
They used to use the sun and lenses and mirrors. You just need to wobble the piece to make the writing. Lasers are just easier.
@@yewenyi Not enough power. It'll char/ignite wood but just make metal really hot. 🙃
The music in the backround is so irritating.
