    Didn't a condo tower in FL last year or two ago, just implode or fall apart? Time to sell before the next hurricane takes you down and out.

    I lived in a place in (costal) California that was declared a disaster area 2 years in a row. There’s something I learned about buying a house. Don’t buy a house at the top of a hill, bottom of a hill or side of a hill. And do not buy anything near a body of water.

    do people actually buy a -condo- apartments in one of those towers built on shells? LOL I mean there's dumb and then there is FLORIDA dumb. I have some property in the swamp to sell you. lol
