I love the simplicity of the story. They no longer make these kinds of series anymore.
Noel will always be the better choice
Actually, if you remember this episode, Felicity actually is the one that wanted to get back together with Noel in this episode, and though he does still have feelings for her, he decided that he needs to be with Ruby right now. So they are pretty much both wanting to be together, they can't because Noel wants to give things with Ruby a try... So he's not exactly getting rejected, it's actually more Felicity getting rejected, if anyone. Also, don't have S3 ending, but will post it if i get it

Something that I don’t get about Noel is that throughout the story he loved Felicity, yet he would give lots of gifts to other women, but he wouldn’t do that to Felicity. When he was with Ruby, he even would ask Felicity for help on what to get Ruby. That’s quite insulting.
