Man i love your vids just hoping i could score a dj to follow your legacy in dj bikes and ofcourse Adrenaline ty for entertaining me and my brother hoping you do more and more of this vids in the future
I just rode my friends Marley. I was expecting it to be good but it actually exceeded my expectations. It is a great do it all trail bike that loves to get into the air. I actually have a hard time keeping the wheels on the ground.
I built a size XL marley frame in that colour and built the entire thing myself. Its bee a fantastic hardtail. Bombproof. I have an XT rear mech, carbon post and bars, GX cranks, Manitou Mattic fork. Raceface ARC rims and DT 350 hubs. The bikes in the 27-28 lb bracket I think. It's great! Got a Ripley V4 now though so I use the Ragley as a loaner.
#1-what bike would you be replacing the Marley with?(because in the Midwest you need a hardtail😎) #2-ryan from the trail yard is a top end dude! I sent my rear shock to him for a full rebuild and hid did a proper pro job and his communication with me was super refreshing givin the way the bike industry has been the last few years! 11 out of 10,would highly recommend!
We'll definitely be replacing it with a custom built hardtail. I don't want to spoil it with any more info. 😀 Ryan awesome with suspension. His work is very advanced level. Well beyond basic services. So glad he lives around here!
Hey man, what ragley would u recommend that would "climb close to an xc bike, and handle the trails like a trail bike". Probably close to the chromag rootdown. I'm in michigan not much big till u head north. Any bikes you would recommend as my new hardtail list is way too long lol. Always been a Medium rider. If not thanks anyways :)
The Marley, Piglet and Big AL are the closest Ragleys you'll get to an XC rig. Very capable on bigger stuff but quick enough on XC tracks. Tire choice makes a difference as well.
@@AdrenalineIsLife ok nice great ty! I have to get specs on the ragleys and go from there. I forgot about the 🐖.I did have the big al and the Marley on my list.I just a want a Frame. So going from here I just have to waddle down, and weigh all the options. I plan on going pretty nice on the components it will be a "dream build". I'm in that spot where I gave my ht's away or sold them (nothing special) and ended up with my dream fs bike super customed out.Than got a gravel bike and realize I NEED a ht.. But don't wanna sell a bike I have all chromaged out to color coated ti. bolted u name it. Too much of me in that bike. 2020 Scott Genius. Thanks 🤘
@@AdrenalineIsLife definitely I meant 130 -140mm depending on geo. There's a cpl of builds I've seen that were using 120 the kona honzo was one I seen I believe. But yeah I'm looking for 130-140 trail bike that can climb.
What do you think of the Marley? It's been a fixture on this channel from day one.

@@choccolgate2536 Thank you. I will keep doing my best. Hope you find a sweet DJ bike!

@@s14tat I've been spending more time on mine lately and the replacement will have big shoes to fill.
Some lucky person is gonna get a well cared for and maintained beautifully Marley for a fraction of the price. I hope it goes to a good home.
Same here. It's going to be hard to let it go. But we have to move on to the next project.
Front wonky tyre was a bit of a weird one but the Marley looked sweet by the end! Love it!
Thanks. That bike is special to me.

Very nice. A perfect loaner. Bullet proof.
Nice work 🤘🏼
Thanks Johnnie!
Did the same thing to my NS Eccentric and it was the best decision I could have made 😁😁😁
It's a great way to change things you didn't like too.
@@AdrenalineIsLife Yep! I repainted mine and changed quite a few bits 😁
@@chickensendies did you make a video about it? I feel like I only saw a reel or a short.
@@AdrenalineIsLife Yep, I did. It was more of just a build up video like I do every now and then lol
@@chickensendies I'll look for it.

Beautiful bike!
Thank you!
Love my Marley, I have the same color
It's a great bike!
👌great video, how much is it up for sale?
Thanks. I haven't decided on the price yet but I'll be announcing it soon.
Its a M size frame? whats the fork travel recomended for this bike?
It's optimized for 130mm to 140mm forks
Im looking at the 27.5 2023 edition. Im 5'7 so wondering what size to get? Med?
You're borderline between small and medium. Go medium if you want more stablility and small if you want something more playful.
@@AdrenalineIsLife makes sense 👍🏻 but hard decision lol Appreciate you!!!

@@AdrenalineIsLife I mean more of a trail bike that can climb really 130-140mm up front. I wanna shred down too 🤙
@@johnsonjay60 130mm-140mm is the magic number on a hardtail. It's the do everything travel. So fun and playful.

What travel are you running on the forks?
130mm
perhaps you need to buy a new Gopro since this one keeps glitching and dying on you.
I have four different go pros, They all glitch from time to time.
