First Issue With The Bambu Lab X1-Carbon And What To Do

We recently purchased 5 more Bambu Lab X1-Carbon printers and 2 of them are running into some issues. The printer head has started skipping steps less than one our into production resulting in failed prints and the inability to continue proper operation. We are going through the steps of the issue and how to submit a support ticket to the Bambu Lab support team. We will keep you posted on the reply and resolution of this issue first hand.
