The thing that I realize when I played hwei is that if you build liandry, it creates a bad habbit that makes you only rely on QE. While there are lots of condition where its better to use QQ rather than QE.
I think it's just a matter of maining him. The same thing goes with his W+W because it's actually so impactful and helpful in clash rather than his W+E.
