im a pretty new player but i think this skin is genuinely the best of any i've seen. it's just so good.. i got elementalist lux from a chest but honestly it isn't as good as this cosmic lux skin

That was awesome. The most excited I’ve been about Lux in a while.
It's much easier to fish with lucent singularity first, and then light binding on a slowed target. Leave it on the ground and trigger it after your light binding + auto for a 2nd illumination mark.
What about a tank lux build, like (random example) rod of ages, demonic, rylais, then maybe rabadons and void staff for at least some damage (could also go radiant virtue as mythic to get some resistances as well since demonic scales with hp but rod already gives 400hp

If I have a first recall with weird gold like that, I usually get mana crystal, book, and tear. Like to get those stacks as early as possible

Please try Veigar with no AP items! You can build Haste, mana, anything. Just stacks for AP!
As long as you are able to hit skill shots, any game is winnable with Lux. The hardest part is getting your team to realize they can live forever if they just stand in front of you and soak up the shields.

Axiom Arc ult cooldown reduction now scales with lethality so it wouldn't work on non-assassins who don't build lethality.

0:40 isnt a cooldown build on a mage better against tanks? you wont kill a tank with a single rotation of a full damage build anyways. which would leave him to slowly kill you as you wait for cooldowns. but with a cooldown build you can keep casting spells to wittle him down. its the same how adc are the best at killing tanks because they dont have cooldowns and just keep chipping away at the health bar with their auto attacks.

Runes would be PTA presence of mind alacrity cut the grass, sudden impact, and relentless. Take attack speed, adaptive and health as well.
