How frequent are overnight shifts? Why do you not document when ordering tests/calling specialists but rather document later? Do you just keep everything about the pt in your head until then? Would love to hear more about interesting pt cases as well (if you’re able to make vids on that). I’m only a first year med student so I don’t know a whole lot, but I think it would be really cool to be a hospitalist. My interests might change, but so far I’d love to do internal medicine and work at a hospital, as you do. Just discovered your channel today during a study break and I’m a huge fan!! 💖
