    Only thing that you can dislike here is that Jimmy didnt win it ever. Making 6 times straight to the finals and losing multiple times to Hendry, it must have felt horrible. May be in another dimension, he would have won 4 out of 6. Great Player. Love the guy

    who is the worst player to win it?

      No bad player has ever won it so no one deserves to be labelled as "the worst". If you come through that 17 days and lift the trophy then you deserve to be remembered as a class player.

      Good question I think John Parrot or Peter Ebdon

    • @tinnderbox3410
      @tinnderbox3410 8 дней назад

      Definitely *not* John Parrott. John was extremely consistent. He made 11(!) quarterfinals. He won three of them, reached two finals and won once.
      Peter Ebdon made 10 QF's, 4SF's and three finals and won one of them.
      Even lesser known champions such as Dott and Bingham have a decent record: Dott made only 4 QF's, but he won 3 of them, won all his semis and won 1 out of 3 finals. Bingham made 5 QF's, 3 SF's and won his only final.
      The 'palest' records are: Johnson made just two QF's, made it to the final both times and won in 1985. Brecel has never won any match at the Crucible, *except* in his magical year 2023 when he won every match he played...

      He really isn't - he has a brilliant sense of humour away from the table. He just came across that way because he took his snooker so seriously.
