As others may have mentioned, T.O.P is really into art and he is known for his collections of paintings and artsy chairs and furniture. "Doom Dada" is all about the art movement called dadaism, which was a movement that started during WWI where artists rejected logic, reason and the aesthetic of modern capitalist society -- hence why you see the depictions of evolution and the angry baby, etc. in T.O.P.'s MV. The art movement spanned visual, literary and sound media, including collage, sound poetry, word collages, and sculpture, which is everything you saw and heard within "Doom Dada." Dadaist artists expressed their discontent toward violence, war, and nationalism, and were connected with nonconformist radical political thinking and parties. Although "Doom Dada" seems crazy, if you understand the concept behind the song and images, you see that the message is actually very deep and T.O.P is making a cultural and political statement.
In order to really understand most of T.O.P.'s songs and MVs you have to be pretty well versed in the art scene, because a large majority of his lyrics, images and metaphors have to do with art.

Also, his grandfather is a world famous artist, the artwork in the mv was some of his work, I think the deer is a pet too? I swear I read that somewhere but I could be misremembering the deer. But anyways, TOP is very into the art scene, some of the influences is Salvatore Dali (artist, surrealist, trippy art, a well known piece is the melting clocks, or big stick leg Elephants) and 2001: A Space Odyssey. This song is pretty much a diss song to newer kpop rappers lol, that he was the first and will always be on top, but if they follow him, he'll show them the path. (TOP was actually a underground rapper, did his shit, won some competitions before joining BigBang). He's filming something right now, really hope its a new MV, byr he's about to release his new Wine line, so could be a commercial for that. Who knows lol.
