I watch all the og credit youtubers from years ago, i searched this card up and you came up, and i wanted to say, the way you explained the card was so smooth! Super easy to follow and understand! You have been added to my watch lists! Subscribed!
I already had the Hilton Honors card but I got the Surpass because they were offering 130k Hilton pts and a free night as a sign up bonus. The free night alone was worth it
This sounds like a great starter hotel card! One thing that has turned me off from hotel cards in the past is the fact that I don’t want to have an annual fee on a card that I will only use very sparingly, but this one seems like a good one to start off with and dip my feet in the water of the hotel credit card game. Great video!
Exactly, Spencer 🙌🏽 its a good starter card. Other cards have much more value but you have to pay an annual fee for it. This is just to slowly get into the hotel game. Appreciate you watching Spencer 👏🏽
I really appreciate your review of the Hilton Honors credit card. You were very thorough, clear and straight to the point! I think I will go with this card because I only stay at Hilton properties 3 to 5 times a year. Thank You for making my decision so much easier!
@ChaseYokoyama I wanted to ask if you could do a video on purchasing Hilton points (pros and cons). Hilton is currently running a special until July 18th.
Me and my girlfriend use our surpass card on everyday purchases especially in restaurants on dates. We are 19 and 20. We want to go on at least 1 vacation a year and earning points through a year of normal spending is huge. When she is out of college I’ll almost definitely upgrade to aspire
I have the aspire and recently got the Hilton honors cards during their “free night” promotion. It was a no brainer. The gave me a free night plus 70k at the time
Hilton honors is a great card to have. I use it almost exclusively on all our purchase and some bills. I usually earn idk 10k points a month. You can find great rooms sometimes for 20k points. 10k points is around 60 dollar value.
@@ChaseYokoyama haha I will eventually say something of putting. Yeah when ever I travel I do. Just looking numbers in terms of product value and you find good point deals you can get close to 10 percent back on the dollar.
I have the aspire cuz its simply the best version but i also have the surpass which im waiting to get a upgrade offer for. The no annual fee version doesnt make sense unless u truly are against annual fee’s which i know alot of people are
I agree 🙌🏽 The Aspire is a beast and is the card that I am planning to get. There's much more value in the other Amex Hilton credit cards. Thanks for watching and nice to see you again! 🤙🏽
I saw that Hilton honors has a 100k sign up bonus right now. Was thinking about getting it, but saw other people got it a few months ago so I’m going to wait.
Hey bro sledge is the honor card worth getting i when you think about up grading to a more better value card I have the Honor card just starting out and was thinking about the Amex Marrttriot card $250. These are Hotel I like staying at what’s you’re thoughts Happy - Nu Year if I didn’t say
I got approved for Hilton Honors Card today. I applied 2 weeks back and the SUB was 100K Hilton Honors points. Now Amex has come up with a better offer. Is there any way to match that offer?
Congrats on the new card! But I don't think Amex matches sign up bonuses anymore. I would suggest try chatting with them online or calling them over the phone ASAP to ask just incase 🙏🏽. Who knows, maybe they'll at least give you something.
Depends heavily on variables such as the Hilton location and time of year. It can be anywhere from like 10,000 - 90,000 points per night. So a 4 night stay might be 40,000 - 360,000.
I went on the American Express website I put in my information and they recommended me this card so I just went with it to get in the door with American Express don’t have the greatest credit. I was approved for $6000 it’s better than these 300 and $500 cars that are preapproved me
I just got approved for the 100k sub for the Hilton Honors! So the offer expires 7/6/2022 . Does that mean the sign up offer ? Or the $100 statement credit. 🙂
Congrats Shaliga! 👏🏽 The 7/6/2022 date seems to be for the $100 statement credit offer. BUT the actual sign up bonus may change at the same time as well. You locked in both so you are big chilling 🥶 thank you for watching Shaliga 🙏🏽
Yuh 0.5 cpp is low. Although I know there are other things that come into consideration when it comes to hotel redemptions. For example, Hyatt tends to have better cpp but what if you don't like Hyatt hotels? Then the 0.5 cpp on Hilton isn't as bad.
One of my worst experience with Hilton. When I entered the front desk was nice and friendly. The front desk told me I have food credit at the restaurant so I decide to give it a try. The server was busy giving out number to other guests instead of serving guests. When I left the hotel I did not receive the charge details. I notice the charge on my credit card does not match what I recall. When I contact customer service they told me I do have credit. They told me they will provide me an answer then never did. As a Gold member I find it extremely irresponsible. Hilton made a mistake and refuse to take any responsibility. Do not stay at Hilton. You will feel awful. The room is dated. The service is bad. Hilton does not care about you even with Gold status.
im sorry for that poor experience that you had. I dont represent Hilton at all but im hoping that wouldnt happen too often. It also might have been a location dependent experience. Sometimes no matter the hotel brand experiences like this are bound to happen.
I would like to add that if you are a Hilton employee get double perks. Get rid of these save on you insurance hotels etc commercial and these het rick quick schemes please get rid of these. 99 percent of these commercials qare scams. Just dont want to see your subs get ripped off by a Bernie MAydiff scheme.
No need to get these cards !! Credit cards are the worse thing invented by mankind. Just buy the points directly from the website and sometimes they offer promotions to get double.

Hilton does offer airline partners and points transfer. The exchange is not excellent but it's nice to have it available.
You cannot transfer hilton amex points out to another travel card. 120k hilton points is not the same as 120k amex gold points
That’s true! Note though that Hilton’s own program also has its own separate airline partners (completely separate from Amex). Just to clarify
my favorite hotel venue is the one in time square new york
