Excellent footage. The firemen did a fantastic job of putting out the fire 🔥. Sorry about being late to watch your video, as I'm fighting pneumonia right now. Have a great day my friend, and stay safe ❤️🙂⚘️🚒👨🚒.
In New Jearsey it is a response for a possible structure fire. Engines, Ladders and chief officers. It would be a full structure fire response. I do not know the numbers of each.
Signal 11 means that all first alarm companies are working. It is not a request for additional companies it is not a signal to indicate a working fire. In Newark, plain language is used to report or confirm a working fire. In Newark, companies are dispatched on a Signal 5 (1 unit), Signal 8 (1 engine, 1 truck) Signal 9 (2 engines, 1 truck) or a full assignment (box alarm) which is 4 engines, 2 trucks, Rescue, FAST truck, Deputy Chief, and two Battalion Chiefs, one a safety chief. If companies are dispatched on a Signal 5, 8, or 9, and need a full first alarm, they will call for a Signal 10, which means to send the balance of the first alarm assignment not already dispatched. Signal 10 can be called from the field or sent by dispatchers before units arrive on scene due to numerous phone calls or other information indicating a working fire.
Was that firefighter afraid of going up that ladder I understand firefighters are badasses but that guy took 25 mins to get up that ladder I could see his knees shaking must have been a greenhorn
Venting a window with ya helmet is WILDDD 😂😂😂

The fire department is doing an excellent job getting that fire out
Newark works quick!
Take note of this professional fire fighting operation. No chief’s on the hose lines, they are running the show. And not a cop in sight.
Facts they got it done quick! They were on scene in about 4-5 mins as this fire was on the city line of Newark and east orange. Great work
Well said Sir!
What an absolute cluster
I am watching from Elmira NY how long did it take to bring it under control? I hope nobody was injured
Paid fire crew?
Newark is 100% paid all members.

the bullhead city az fire department always uses foam on there fires.
Wow, I get that they have to knock the fire down…. But to walk into the house without putting on oxygen is not a good idea.
Not oxygen. Compressed air.
that's why they're called smoke eaters
