Hi Hardit, I have doubt in report bases on Tags I want to create piechart report based on tags. (Tags are visible to group) No data is visible when, I create piechart report for tags, but when I create list type report, data is visible with both the tags. Why is this happening logic is same in both report still, data is not visible

My system which is on Utah is not reacting the same as your demo. I am using the tags on the HR Case. Is there a role that our users need? They are adding tags and sharing it with their assignment group. They see it in the list to add but it won't commit to the system. It will not display in Tags box. Only their own tags commit when added to the HR case and are visible to only themselves. I'm wondering if I'm missing some security.

I have assigned tags to them and I have a column for scrum_sys_tag in my report, however when I export the data this column doesn't show any of my tags, do you know what can I do to have the tag info in my report?
