I love how when he posts livefeeds of his murders he talks in a super creepy intimidating encrypted disguised voice but when he speaks to his fellowers on the dark web like an ordinary media influencer it's both funny and super chilling at the same time

Matt reeves did a rlly good job with the making of the riddler in life action I never liked him before this bc he was always played off like a joke but this version rlly shows how smart he is and how he impacted others to help him
We’ll remember him as one of the best portrayals of the Riddler and any Batman villain in film!
Jim Carrey may have played himself when he was Riddler but he at least got Riddler's insanity and obsession right

When he said, "My mask allow me to be myself completely, no shame, no limits." That is when he realize he is more of who he is as The Riddler than Edward Nashton. Just like how in this movie Bruce is more Batman than Bruce Wayne. They both feel more who they are in their mask or face. They feel they can do more & learn the power they have now. "No shame, no limits." means Riddler has nothing to lose in the end. "I don't care what happens to me." Bruce's line is similar too. Joker was right they have so much in common "Mask, vengeance." Both have vengeance in their goal, but different perceptions of how that vengeance should be used. Bruce wants to find the man who killed his parents, & Edward wants to expose the true criminals of Gotham. Bruce's way to make change is brutally fighting crime. Edwards, murder and exposure. But only Bruce learns he has to take a different path that is not Riddler's way of "A Real Change" in Gotham. Riddler said "You showed me all it takes is fear and a little focused violence." Bruce's way of fight crime with fear and violence didn't change anything for the last two years. All it did is created an inspiration of someone who did create a real change. & that changed just flushed the old Gotham away with a BOOM. But also change a man's path of how to help the city differently than he tried before.
I love this so much! Paul Dano’s Riddler has become one of my favorites, and this did him justice!

I have watched so many Riddler tributes before, but this... is far away the best I ever seen. Really, is all perfect. You took all his best scenes with the song and having added the deleted Joker scene made it even better, even more so at the end with the Riddler's theme. This is a real tribute. Congratulations, I will watch it several times.

Oh yeah, that’s the good shit! Never except anything less from you. Whole bunch of nice touches you put into this masterpiece, like the slow buildup where you avoid showing his face and the matching of this song to Edwards singing of it in the film. Let’s hope we see more of him in the future.
P.s. I don’t suppose you plan on making a multi riddler tribute Like you have done for the joker, Harley and scarecrow?

Don't know how to say that... everytime I see this character in every DC project, there always is something that I don't like in him so much, that I whant to ignore him entirely. In Arkham games Riddler always pissing me off with his riddles, trophies and so on. In the animated shows and movies I don't like his design at all. As for live action... well I don't whant to talk about Jim Carrey's. Better forget it. Riddler in Gotham... honestly, I'm not a big fan of this show. It's too goofy and cartoonish for live action. Just like it's characters. Including Riddler (But I really love Jokers in this show). I could like the show and characters and it's Riddler a lot more, if it was animated series. But I can't take "Gotham" seriously. And now Paul Dano's Riddler. Finally! FINALLY! I found the version of the character, that I LOVE on every aspect. Motivation, designt, personality. And of course, a very good acting.
@@redstarflight8337 With me the majority of the time, it's that I don't like his design or his voice is annoying. Gotham's Riddler was the first Riddler I ever liked which got me into the Riddler, then I watched this Batman movie and Paul Dano's Riddler became my number 1. After that I watched Batman Forever and I liked that version of Riddler as well, so they're my top 3 and only 3 currently.
I understand not liking the Arkham game's Riddler cause I don't either but not liking him because of his riddles just sounds like you don't like the Riddler in general.

I’ve never been a big fan of the Riddler, especially with the Arkham games. I’ve always seen him as an annoying villain who falsely believed that he was the smartest person in Gotham, with a bad taste in clothing. Jim Carry’s take on the character didn’t help. This movie has taken what merely was a joke character and made him actually terrifying!
Honestly, same here! Compared to the other villains he was always way down in my list (mostly because of the PTSD from collecting all those trophies in the Arkham games, haha) but Dano's interpretation turned him into something else, it's beautiful to see.

it perfectly sums up the character in a short two minutes. I also like the use of other people’s voices as a sort of perspective of how other’s view the Riddler. great edit keep up the good work!

This is the Riddler we deserved in Batman Forever had Robin Williams played the character instead of Jim Carrey. I will always love that movie and I am glad I have it but sadly Carrey played himself but he did get Riddler's obsession with Bruce Wayne and insanity right. I now see Paul Dano's Riddler is wearing the same kind of glasses Jim Carrey wore
