    I have a question. By growth NDC, OTAs will offer the same additional services that the main supplier? If it"s that so that mean OTAs might charge a percentage for these additional services?

    Why do booking sites never give hard cash back and always discounts or points? I understand they want to keep the money on their platform but cash back will be a good motivator to book at a website.

      Discounts, points, and other perks are all customer retention strategies. You see, travelers are very price sensitive, and they will likely choose the platform with the lowest cost rather than sticking to their favorite brand. If you have loyalty points/discounts on the platform, it's more likely that you book with this platform again.

    I think the biggest challenge for omnichannel is Apple. iMessage is a f* joke. Facebook Messenger might be a viable option in the future.
