Secret hack to Eagle Scout In Only 2 Years - May Status Update

- Hey guys, Mac Guzman here. I know, it's a click-baity title and thumbnail. The real "Secret" is hard work. This video is a status update on my journey to Eagle Scout in only 24 months as of May 4, 2019.

The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) includes Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA (formerly Boy Scouts), Venturing, Sea Scouts, and Exploring. The BSA has 2.4 million youth participants and nearly one million adult volunteers. For the first time in its 100+ year history, Boy Scouts is open to both young men and young women aged 11-17. The BSA National Council is classified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 non-profit and qualifies as a charitable organization.
Scout Oath: "On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight."
Scout Law: "A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent."
Outdoor Code: "As an american, I will do my best, to be clean in my outdoor manners, to be careful with fire, to be considerate in the outdoors, and be conservation minded"
Scout Mission: "The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law."

While completing the Eagle Requirements is awesome... remember its not a race! I haven't heard you discuss any of the relationships you have developed in Scouting. Join OA, be a part of the organization... Have FUN!
Thanks for the feedback. I decided to earn Eagle Scout right before my 16th birthday. I was a Tenderfoot with zero Merit Badges. That was the year BSA decided to allow girls and I thought many would want to know if it was even possible to earn Eagle and was a unique topic to have on RUclips. @@EagleScoutMacGuzman Makes sense... so in your case it became a race... best of luck on finishing... the videos are great btw. finish strong. my son has time and he got to Life Scout before his 13th birthday... he's taking his time through the last requirements and project... his maturity is beginning to show in his leadership... Remember you can work on requirements for Second Class and First Class concurrently. Always look ahead to see if you can combine things. Like going on a hike and listing ten animals and ten plants/trees.
