The back. @1:24 he mentioned "turn on your heel". Slow down the playback speed setting n zoomed in at the turns he demonstrated. You will see that the turn is on the heel, with the front of the blade slightly lifted off the ice..
Hi Oleg, when you speak about skating through the hips, do you mean that on the turn, to use them more for rotation than using arm movement? Sorry, probably seems like a silly question.

For some reason i have unusually flexible hips so I can do it fairly easy lmao, but I look so bad doing it. Can't wait :D
Oleg, which rocker do I use? The front rocker or the more subtle back rocker? When I think of using the back rocker I fall.
