Wow! the BBQ looks amazing…Texas brisket is definitely off the hook… the sausage looks delicious too.
You shoukd go back and do Baker Brothers and about 12miles north of Gonzales center is Waelder TX ( in /gonzales county ) , you have a hole in the wall place known as Cross Vine Store and BBQ.
Both of these places are great fwiw.
