I been trying to buy and collect a number of the 2002 accession PNC 50c coins, not included into circulation after reconsideration from the mint.
Nice you got the proof.
At one point, these PNC versions went for as much as $425 their obtainable nowadays for as little as $100.
A good time for collectors, to get these now. Because like yourself Kevin, I believe alot of new collectors will need these for completion of collections.
Like your proof being around 14k there's only approximately 32k of the 2002 accession PNC with this 50c coin.
