This house has great bones but it would be a lot of remodeling for me to customize it to my liking and I'm going to start with this yellow paint the rooms are very spacious and so is a kitchen and dining area this is kind of a steal for $3 million

too bad that so-called alfresco kitchen isn't under that covered area next to the home....DEALBREAKER!!!
