This happens because the cable connecting the back of the climate control unit is routed back the “exact” way it came from the factory - something is in the way of the cable extending all the way and preventing the slider for going as far right as possible
Skylerlabs makes new ones its like $70 usd but beautiful billet aluminum totally worth it im sure you can also find a factory 1 if you look around on ebay or Amazon
They are T5 fitting. T5 is a universal interior light fitting. They are very affordable too, I bought a 100pcs pack voor $10, and some red, green and blue ones for my gauge cluster. (handbrake, highbeam etc. Indicators)
