I see many big multi million dollars homes, they do nothing for me. This one did, Tastefully done all over not just few rooms, and not overdone. Just the right amount of everything.

I was completely fascinated by the layout and appearance of the first floor and, in particular, the kitchen area!
Finally, an entry hall with tiles matching the rest of the floors. I love how the formal living room is separated from the family room all the while there's still some openess between those spaces. And the kitchen is absolutely stunning. Plus there're so many cabinets in the mud/laundry room that could be used as a pantry space. The only downside is not showing the lower level. It's said that the lower level is finished so why not showing it?

My only negative is the bathroom practically in the kitchen. Not a fan of that but other than that, gorgeous home.
Stunning home for sure. However, I too found the full washroom with shower off the kitchen very odd. Who is showering in there?!? Another oddity, given the magnitude and money spent on this home ....no fireplace. That family room was missing a focal point.
If you have company over to enjoy the pool. They won’t be traipsing their wet bodies through your entire house to use the toilet or change.

Oh wow a true split level. I haven't seen one of these in a long time. I grew up in a split level. I'm not a fan of the living area in what I perceive as the basement. Much more into open concept. I love to open a front door and see windows in the back of the house rather than stairs or walls, but there are some beautiful aspects to this home. And the outside is stunning.

Unusual layout which is a change from the usual cookie-cutter home. I do prefer bathrooms with windows, but overall this is a lovely home.

With all those stairs you would get a workout for sure. Plus the layout is odd. Other than that, nice home.
My friends used to own this house. It was a small backsplit and they renovated it to how it is now (they own a construction company) and then sold it. That’s why it’s a weird layout. It wasn’t built that way originally. It’s twice as big now as it was when they bought it.

Soon as you walk in your able to look on top the stairs and see the master bedroom? Then the kitchen has a full bathroom view? The patry area has a laundry room that is rigth next to the kitchen? Who designed this house? It was better to just have a full open concept design utilizing the space properly. Simplicity is usually better for most things.

Well not sure what this house is going to be listed at but I'm guessing over 2 million knowing Toronto prices. Not sure about a bathroom in the kitchen, very weird, also the master bedroom looked like a regular bedroom. This house has a odd design too. The backyard pool is okay, looked dated. Not worth the price tag. People are getting away with murder in Toronto.
