last a check artist, rework their songs so they are up to date, its not difficult, Kendrick been working on his songs for 4-5 years now the energy we got from family ties was a lot more than what Drake gave on CLB, besides poetry which was high energy, as for the other 5 top tracks after repeat listening at least they come together nicely, other track Drake didnt feel like the dominate party to the song, Cudi one was all Cudi, hell it becomes a better song when remove Drake, Kanye had one or 2 on his album like that too but Drake is making rap rap while Kanye is on his christain gospel flow so he will still need to work on perfecting that...
dark lanes wasnt even pushed like that so it was clearly a Drake lay up to make up numbers, but CLB was pushed man we expect more is all, end of the day we only got 12 track you can repeat as a Drake fan 6 of which are bangers while the rest can be white noise cause there isnothing fresh about them

Gets drunk into a Kanye mess and goes home to the Kanye west part of town. He realised his life is a wreck and was feeling Kanye depressed. "My life sucks" he Kanye distressed. He decided to get some damn croissants and started to Kanye digest. "You should get some Kanye rest" his wife Kanye pressed. Instead, he went to a Kanye fest, went to the airport and flew on Kanye southwest, got some Kanye rest, and was feeling ready for his Kanye contest. Or at least he Kanye guessed. On the day of the competition, he was feeling Kanye stressed. But in the end, the judges were Kanye impressed. For his performance, he was awarded with the Kanye chest, clearly identified with the Kanye crest.

I was able to listen to it from beginning to end without feeling like I needed to skip anything. For an album as long as it is, that’s really impressive. I’ve got some immediate favorites and others that didn’t quite click as much, but I have to say some of his best work in a long time is on there. I think having lots of collabs was the best choice. Kanye is to his music like George Lucas is to Star Wars. Has such a great vision and great ideas but if you don’t get any input from others, you get Jar Jar Binks and space gondolas.

My personal favourite track was probably “Obama Hamburger Sussy Balls”. It was such a well-produced track with incredibly raw and exposing lyrics that it instantly pushed the album up from a 7 to a 10 for me.

Couldn't agree more when it comes to Fivio. He shined with his feature, as well as Jay Elec, though not quite as much. Jay laid one of the best verses I've heard in years. Eloquence unmatched.

@@CornfordYT there's a high possibility that he didn't put the pop smoke track as his least favorite track because not only is it not an original Kanye song, but he already dismisses this track as a dud that he feels shouldn't even be on the album. In terms of the actual new Kanye tracks we got on this album, Junya is arguably the weakest.

It's a grower. I think it's a really great album, leagues better than Drake's even though I didn't HATE Drake's album but this is way better.

It grows on you. Just like every CLASSIC Kanye realease I remember back in the 2000’s. It challenges the listener.
TCD had me perplexed for a few days and then became a classic. Donda is on another level.
Let me be honest here. The first time when I listened to this album I didn't liked it much. But when I listened to it more and more I kinda grew on this album. This album has so much replay value. Many people may call him crazy and maybe he may be misunderstood but Kanye is an artistic genius and creative when it comes to making music.
You gave Childish Gambino's "3.15.20", which had just white on its cover a 4, and you gave this a 7 with its just black cover, both with the same black & white flannel on, you're showing your clear and obvious bias against the colour black here, gonna have to subscribe now Melon-man

I stll wish this album was shorter
So after listening to Utopia by Travis, I appreciate this album so much more. Utopia was impeccably produced, however, the lyrics really fell on deaf ears without empty they felt compared to DONDA.
For me, it was like having Kanye production, with Drake lyrics-- just empty emotionless fodder.
That being said, Utopia's production really makes up for the lack of substance in the lyrics.

Idk i been listening to keem since freshman year of college in 2019, I fuck with his style. Just recently found out he related to Kendrick🤣😭.
This album personally just set really well with me. it really did give me a out of this world experience by far top 3 personal album maybe even 1# overall personally a true 10/10 I feel like all the imperfections (which aren’t many for me personally) just help add character for the album for me
