Thank you for reminding me to do something I should have done 2 or even 3 years ago. Lumps of dust were lurking at the bottom of the case, and the dark grey dirt and grime that I removed from the fan and heat sink were shocking. I went through countless cotton buds.
The CPU is running far, far cooler now. In fact I am astonished at the difference, and "Core Temp" software proves it !
Can you spray both sides on cpu cooler? Not sure what it's called one where it's stacked metal sheets

Thank you for this video, i was nervous to clean my pc, but this has given me the confidence and technique to do it properly and efficiently.
I'm from Poland and thanks for that vid, a neat little reminder how to properly handle compressed air and PC. Summer started, it's hot and it's been at least a year since last time I was cleaning my PC and when I tried it it was too cold outside and my can was getting freezing cold and was refusing to blow the air quickly which cut off my cleaning process in the middle of it.
The liquid that comes out of these cans is organic solvents (difluoroethane with this product) which do not conduct electricity and evaporate within a few minutes without leaving residue. Also, you should only use computer duster in well ventilated rooms or outside. That stuff is toxic.
Further more, it is not the chemistry that cools the can but the physics. The process is called adiabatic cooling.

Thanks, Paul. Can you store the can if it's been used but still has a lot of gas in it? I just used for the 1st time on a smoke alarm. It seems to have worked well. But I have lots left. If you are able to save for later use, is there an unsafe way to store? Can doesn't say. Appreciate the help.

Can the freezing liquid which comes out of the Air Duster damage PC parts? Not knowing I sprayed in the wrong angle and the cold liquid came out.
Is it safe to also use a microfiber cloth on the parts that are less sensitive? For example the bottom of the case
is that a basement or a 2nd living room?
Tip, make sure when you're cleaning the fans to not let the fans spin, it just traps the dust and doesn't help much at all
Stick a pen between the blades and then put a vaccuum cleaner nozzle right to the fan (inlet) opening and have it suck out the dust.
I was hesitant on doing this but I might actually do this lol. My pc isn’t crazy dusty but it’s pretty dusty on the fans. I only had my pc for 3 years so the dust isn’t crazy. I can’t wait to clean my pc for the first time

Hi, great video but it's my first time checking out this stuff and when I went out looking for these cans of compressed air, i saw one that said compressed gas something something but it said on the label it cleans electronics etc. Is it okay to use or must I get a can that specifically says "compressed air". Sorry for the noob question but I don't wana mess up my PC

Basically you need to keep the spray can in the middle level when spraying to get the dust off the tricky spot then you can tilt a bit up and down suppose to done each time that way when cleaning your pc and gadgets?

How much PSI do I need if I blow directly from a compressor?
On those cans it states its highly flamable.. Can i still use that on my pc like this? Its not dangerous once i play games again and it reaches 70-80 degrees celcius??

im cleaning my out soon and i have compressed air but get really cold and is that bad for my parts because it get really cold and also can I use a painters brush for dust as well or is it harmful?
it can be harmful so when it gets too cold that the can starts to freeze and make like icy particles just let it sit for 2-3 minutes

How do you attach the accompanying tube ("straw") to the trigger assembly without breaking one or the other, or both? I never was able to attach the tube, and thus found the air duster useless for getting into tight spaces.
Did the straw come with the can? For mine it's obvious, they just go together.

I cleaned my computer with the wrong canned air and now I can't get my monitor to connect to computer (no signal) I tried connecting a different computer to my monitor and it worked. Any advice, I've tried multiple cables and different ports. I'm out of options😭😭
