  • This race gets really good in the second half, pretty much prison rules! We had multiple classes on the gate so I was actually challenging for second very briefly... not bad for a 34 year old bike that probably doesn't make 30 horsepower! This build is coming along well, I still have an issue with the clutch dragging that I have to figure out before it will be race ready, but we've made a lot of progress.

We raced that track back in the late spring. Wasn't dusty like that. Looks like he made the downhill double more forgiving. Or the quality of the rider is better cause I was about the only one to do it all day.
Looks like your bike is running well. I haven't ridden for months. Dan W. and I feel about the same way about MX.

He tamed everything down and filled in all the gaps. Would be a really great vintage track now. He said he is also bringing in more clay to cover where the rocks are coming up. He has put a lot of work into it.

@markswartmx56 it was a good vintage track then too. Did a SEVMX race there. I probably posted a you tube video of it. It was a fun day. Probably the last time I just had fun on the bike.

Does dna NOT have a starting gate?

It’s on the other track that they normally race on, this was sort of a special event. I think if they start racing on this one regularly they will get one set up. There was another one sitting off to the side they may not have had time to get it set up.
