There isn’t anyone who can make the beauty and truth of the Bible so accessible to non-scholars like myself, and I am deeply grateful these videos are available to me.

Dear Catholic Productions and Dr. Pitre... A dream of mine would be that one day you all compile all these videos into an order such that you could have one repository of just about every single Bible verse in order. In a way a video compilation entire Bible study. It would be interesting to know how much of the entirety of Scripture you have covered in these videos. It would be so cool to have the Bible online, then for each passage there is a link to these videos! Wow, that would solidify your legacy Dr. Pitre!!! Thank you for helping me as a Catechist instructor and home school group catechist over the years. Your information has brought such life and depth to our lessons! May God continue to bless you.

You can make a playlist. Why ask someone to do something when you can do it yourself?

@thereaction18 They could sell it as a big Bible, I can't. I do already have a Pitre Playlist. Thanks for the suggestion on how to use RUclips.

@@joeb3167 Something else about RUclips. Yesterday I watched a video from my recommendations of David Letterman interviewing Isaac Asimov. In the interview Letterman asked what he most wanted to do as a writer and Asimov's answer was to write an annotated Bible, and then he had to explain to Letterman what that entailed. It would have been pretty much as you wished for, except that being before the internet rather than links it would have been footnotes and essays for each verse.
I used to think I was just choosing videos related to recent interests such as comments I had read or replied to. I am beginning to think the algorithm itself is digging that deep to push recommendations.

For more complete and definitive information please check out Lion and Lamb Ministries. Jesus the Christ and His 12 apostles were born Jews, studied and practiced their religion and holidays, etc. in the temple, honored the sabbath, followed and honored the commandments passed down thru Moses --- the covenant from God. And they all died martyrs except for one. When did the Catholic and other religions replace the Messiah... I did not understand the message you were trying to say. I apologize.

Peter and his brother Andrew were fishing while Jesus was walking along the Sea of Galilee. The Gospel accounts show that Jesus caught sight of these men first so that’s why Peter is usually listed first.
The other apostles never viewed Peter as having primacy over there. Luke 22:24-26 is proof of that when the apostles were in a dispute. If Peter were the “rock,” would there have been any question as to which one of them was the “greatest?” Another case is at Acts 15 when the issue of circumcision arose. James presided over this meeting, not Peter! He even concludes the proceedings by saying: “MY decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God.” (Acts 15:19) Would James have been able to speak of “His Decision” if Peter, who was present, held the primacy among the apostles?

I assume this is your interpretation about why Peter is listed first in all the listings of the Apostles? I'd be interested in the source of that perspective. This is the first I've heard it, and if your perspective is from a Sola Scriptura protestant angle, I'm curious where in Scripture it says that this is the reason why Peter is listed first? Also, is the rest of the list presented in order of Jesus' choosing them, or just Peter?
I also think you have context issues with Luke 22; For Acts, James is the Bishop of Jerusalem so he is in a sense "hosting" this first church council. Peter makes the decision and James being Bishop of Jerusalem decides on implementation of the decision for his "Jerusalem diocese."

Actually, we see after the Resurrection that John deferred to Peter before entering the tomb.
More importantly, Jesus told Peter 3 times to feed his lambs, to feed his sheep. And Jesus said Peter was the rock on which he would build his Church.
You have overlooked some important texts.
Jesus governs his Church through Peter and an unbroken line of successors.

You are wrong and you dont even know the Catholic position that St Peter received the primacy AFTER the ressurrection.
      2. Peter spoke on his own authority and settled the dogmatic issue. St James started his speech by refering to Peter and did not take any dogmatic decision, only disciplinary ones that dont even apply to this day, while Peter’s dogmatic proclamation that circumcision is not neccessary endures forever.
