  • In this video I show you how I replace the bearing on front wheel on Suzuki Burgman scooter.
Get wheel bearing and seal kit here: amzn.to/2Fk9yA9
It is not perfect tutorial but want to share with you how I did. I didn't get the footage of seal installation part, I forgot to grab my camera when my friend helped me on that part

That pretty much goes for all bearings but I personally have always 'packed' them before installing in the palm of my hand making sure the right grease is in the bearings themselves. Good video and thanks for posting. Very helpful. Using wood to 'drift ' it in is the way to go. Some people like to use the old bearings then wood on top to flush it smooth.

Correct, I would also consider packing these bearings necessary. Not so the outside of the race where it is pressed into the hub.

My bearing looked just like yours a couple balls missing, but there was no way for them to fall out, I was wondering if they were never there.

You didn't pack the bearing! Absolutely essential.

I was checking the comments to see if anybody noticed that the new bearings were not packed with grease when he installed them. Or at least they didn't seem to have grease in them in the video.

Much the same for the rear wheel bearings too I would assume.
Such cheap bearing kits.. No wonder they fail so often.
