Bierger-Center: Nichole Gets Article 7/23 Luxembourg Dual Citizenship

We use Article 7 to posthumously have recognized that the grandmother was in fact a Luxembourg Dual Citizen in life. Then you the applicant can apply under Article 23, Nationalité par option (Citizenship by Option). This procedure is for a person with a parent or grandparent who was a citizen of Luxembourg.
