I'm 64 today . I'm the only one left in my family now . I'm looking at Tiny Home Communities to stay permanently . I think this sounds fantastic . Thank you so much for all the help you're putting out here for us ! I'd like to have a small dog . A new puppy !
Love your videos!! Would love to see videos on maintaining your tiny house and maybe yearly inspections that should be done, what to look for and even contractors who could give you maintenance instructions that you could do yourself. Just a thought, thanks!!
Thank you for watching! I love that idea. I’ll definitely look into that and see if I can get a general contractor that specializes in tiny houses to talk about some of those points. Thanks for the suggestion! :)
You're welcome.! Keep up the informative work as all of us who listen and enjoy your informative content actually want to join the movement, but need more information, help, and support. Stay blessed 🙏😍
great interview, we like tiny houses as rentals, and they are. great for those who need a secured small home, especially if they like to travel or need a tiny budget
One thing I would like to come out of the Tiny House movement is, Mobile Homes, DW's and Modular Homes being brought to stick standards. Most TH's are more luxury than other nonstick built homes. With the price going up and I would like to see better built homes. I have owned a modular, in my opinion, it was a glorified DW. Not a lot of difference, in my opinion. Yes, I drank the cool aid. I regrated it and sold it, built a stick-built house.
Hey! Thanks for watching. That is a really good point. There is definitely an increase in luxury tiny homes in terms of the look of them. In your opinion, why has the look of mobil homes, DWs, modular homes stayed the same over the years?
That's fair. It's just part of the process. I'd suggest reaching out to them directly to find out more about the background/credit check process. Thanks for watching :)
That’s the conundrum..many people who would need to go tiny are not going to have great credit to start with. If it’s go tiny or live in your car cause you can’t meet the credit requirements (not because you’re a deadbeat) then I guess you live in your car.
That's a fair questions. I'm looking into tiny house communities that are geared towards people in retirement or 55+. Stay tuned. Thank you for watching!

When he checks my credit my score will go down. And right now I have excellent credit score.

@@MicThinksTinyexcellent. Your interviews and information are great, but one(s) geared toward 55+ would be of particular interest!!
Thought this was Matt Damon 🤔
We've heard that one before 🙂
😆 love the focus on community building by the way. Looking forward to seeing how it all develops 👏🏽
Elon Musk offers a tiny house for 10K. I don't know how much more you're getting with these Mountain Haven homes but they cost considerably more.
What does it take to aquire one of those houses?
