Thinking of buying this car for a winter and daily driver. Want the bigger brakes, but not the thin tires of 19” wheels. Hope the suspension and steering is adjustable for comfort. I want this car for off-road/winter performance vs track days cause that’s for the brz
Apparently, they have added chassis bracing to the car from the factory now, so I’m sure with the softer dampers and increased spring rates. It should all even out to be pretty comfortable.

This is a fun 85 seconds, can we get a hyybrid added to your 10K+ price point for $1.8K of "performance" parts? This TReatment on the Crosstrek or Outback would probably move a few units Q.) @@carsnanime4719as someone who has a subie, idk why the fuck people wanna push power on these😂 plenty of cars that a way easier to make power and don’t need to tune for every tiny mod lol
@@wrxhex It definitely adds up fast with these cars lol. If you wanna be fast for cheap get a 2015-2023 Mustang GT, buy a used forced induction kit of your choice for >5k and push 800 whp with little supporting mods lol. I like my 2023 but to reliably push over 450 whp you need to do a VA STI drivetrain swap for 6k+ and do head studs for 4k+ if you have a shop do it. The best part of this video was Subaru attempting to hide the ~10 year old Porsche SUV camera vehicle that would absolutely destroy the WRX, on or off-road, with the camera rig attached.
I saw the car brand new at dealership almost ready to buy nice inside but when i saw the ugly black bumper on the back i walked away no way im goin to buy...😢
Now with an extra 0hp and 0 torque so you would still get embarrased by your next door neighbours soccer mom SUV. I use to love this brand but they have buried themselves into the ground.
They've also taken their place with being unreliable. New Hyundais break down all the time and their warranty doesn't cover most of it. Source, 3 of my friends who take care of their cars
Ah yes, very valuable time stamps for such a long and detailed video. 😂
HAHAHAHAHAHA
@nevermight451 that's pretty funny😅
That's some damn good driving there from Scott Speed. So glad to see the VB chassis get the much NEEDED BREMBO BRAKES.👍

"Racing may void the vehicle's warranty." Lol... why you think I would even buy one then? lol...
Now this is an ad lol, trying to drive mine like this 🤣
Will subaru warranty my wrx if I drive like this then?
Beautiful WRX!!!! 💚💛💙🇧🇷
The legendary Scott speed!
Car has 22mi on it, lol. So much for the break-in period. I had to wait 1k miles before doing stuff like this.
1,000…try 15,000. That’s the recommendation before trying to “launch” or add modifications.
It's on trip counter "b".
That 180 looked like some clutch smoke lol
On dry pavement in a WRX?? Prolly. Though he most likely didn't have T/C enabled.
The little soo-bar-oooo. Wow
where's the physical hvac buttons
Will the brake package be available to purchase as a stand alone upgrade?
Just buy Subaru STI brake calipers and throw them on. Same thing
Why are people acting like this is something new😂 you’ve been able to put big brake kits on models that didn’t have them for a while now
Wont be cheap but once part numbers are available should be as simple as hitting up any of the part depots online
No

Please at least plan to improve fa24 oil pressure on Gs, people are not going to do this with the risk of blowing the engine.
Hot car. Hot laps.
YAY SUBARU
It's just a WRX. No more STI. Definitely a sad day.

Stop asking to buy my low mile 2019 STI Subaru. The answer is still no!
Rumor is it will cost 48K... Tax & Title over 50K, that's insane..
For only 271 hp…… no thanks.
dont forget the dealer markups... at least 55k... might as well get a used cayman

ok but what makes it "tuner ready
Track ready, not tuner ready .I was hoping for tuner ready

Why not have a real driving influencer do this instead of somebody that does 0 performance driving? Make it make sense

If only they had uel headers
as a bmw owner...i really like this car
How much horsepower does it have?
same as the rest 271 hp and 258 tq, looks like they are underated from the factory though because peeps have dyno'd at 250+ whp

Subaru answer for people for wanted a manual transmission WRX GT
Track ready

The most important thing: it's manual transmission..
If she didn't know Subaru could drift, what did she even know about cars?
Literally ANY car can do what the WRX did in this video if the same driver is at the wheel.. 🤣
Can’t think about replacing the 2020 I have until the rear-end and a new boost gauge is fixed. To ugly sorry.

The WRX TR only comes with a manual transmission.
A poor replacment for the true WRX performance model the Sti.

No one is buying this car. What a massive mistake made by Subaru.
