I can’t wait to go back to St Lucia! Honestly even though it’s in my plans to go, every time I watch one of your videos I want to go even more! I want to do the horseback riding tour, the food tour, the chocolate farm, and the rum tour. I usually go there during Jounen Kweyol time (mid to end of October) and so it’s not too hot but still warm. It does rain usually for half the time I’m there but sometimes not all day. Thanks for your videos and looking forward to the next one.
Thinking very seriously about visiting St Lucia. It's been a dream for a long time. But... I'd really want to try the local food (as you suggest)... But I've decided to award myself the luxury of staying in a posh(ish) hotel -yeah, at 65 I reckon I finally deserve it. From what I've read, getting around on the island - like between my posh hotel and the place where the local food is available - is almost impossible. Solutions, anyone?
For everyone that’s been to both St. Lucia and Barbados, which island has more to offer in the way of beaches and island tour beauty. FYI, I’m in my 60’s so hiking isn’t on my list of things to do. 🤷🏻♂️ - Cheers‼️
For older people is walking around in Castries easy, sidewalks, streets, hills?? How about the weather? Too hot and humid? No hiking for us! Just areas as flat as possible.
@@elaineherzog1213 We stayed at the Curio by Hilton. It's a great hotel and the staff is great and very accommodating... The only thing about the Hotels and Resorts there are that they are concentrated on a side of the island that isn't very close to a lot of the activities and things to do. I also have videos of my stay in St Lucia on my channel as well

What's the resorts nearest the large waterfall that is different colors
barbados is relatively flat but with beautiful beaches, St Lucia is my second home though and my heart stays with her.

Yes, it's summer so will be sunny. There will be lots of local fruits available including mangoes.

That's where bug spray comes in. It's a tropical island there will be bugs including mosquitoes
