- ALAMAT is a six-member Filipino male idol group known for singing in various local languages. The group consists of Taneo, Mo, Tomás, R-ji, Alas, and Jao. They are making their comeback with their new single “Hiraya”, a Filipino word that means “hope” or “a vision of the future”. In this interview, the group reflects on the dreams and hopes that drive them -- hope for their families, for their unity as a group, and for the future of their music. They will talk about how their upbringings and struggles have shaped their hopes for their families’ futures. They will also discuss how their shared hope for the group strengthens their bond, pushing them toward success and growth together. Through their music, they hope to represent Filipino culture, inspire others, and make an impact both locally and globally.

I’m a new fan of Alamat! They’re very authentic. Makikita na medyo nahihiya pa sila when it comes to interviews pero that’s a good thing!
