Units are too small to be honest. Noticed the showrooms doesn’t even have bedroom doors to give an illusion of space for potential buyers. Should not use the standard of Hong Kong’s tiny apartments to compare cause it’s inhumane over there to even allow such tiny spaces to be sold as homes.

第一手的hdb,抽到後拿到屋時,基本上是沒裝修的,示範單位是作參考作用。沒有包埋有射燈的😉
For information, all two room flexi come with basic renovation but without finiture, u can actually bring your luggage n move in.
應該係示範單位先會裝射燈，我哋通常都用LED燈。
這些都是示範單位，你們不需要全部照搬，不喜歡射燈可以買普通的。現在的組屋比以前的小了一些，我家的3房式就比這大。😁😁

個人覺得生活指數算高，食飯如果唔係食Hawker Centre，其實同香港差唔多貴；租金就已經升得好勁，不過目前同香港比既話，同一租金都係可以租到面積比香港大的單位。

HDB并非私人建商，它出售房屋的售价比起私宅便宜上许多而且品质也不差。长久以来一般上都是供不应求，无需任何的促销活动。那些展示厅的目的只是让有意购买组屋的新加坡人能更深入其境地感受体验一番。说到射灯，此一时彼一时，记得曾经流行过的cornice & downlight 现在也过时了。香港一般人的房子都不大，普通的灯就足够了，射灯应该都不曾流行过吧，或许只有少数那些住在洋房别墅的富人才会使用低强度射灯和轨道灯来展示他们珍贵的收藏品？！
是的，基本上hdb是共不應求。但是還是有些偏遠地區的組屋比較少人問津，所以這些design ideas會多少刺激買氣。 對比track light， downlight 和 cornice.. 個人喜歡cove light（並是cornice）。看上去比較耐看和舒適😅
