    What a talented, down-to-earth, well spoken individual he is and with a huge mass of untapped energy and talent. Tyrick Mitchell is going to have a very great future at Crystal Palace. Like Borussia Dortmund, Crystal Palace are developing future talents like him and Pierre + many others. As long as he continues to work hard, apply his craft and develop and mature day by day, season after season. In a few years time, you just never know, La Liga or Bundesliga clubs might start watching over him, but that is not for a long time yet. But this is why Crystal Palace - academy wise, produce, develop and nurture young talents. Chelsea and Arsenal don't do it the way teams like Crystal Palace and the other less big clubs in the UK do.
    What a talent! From a Chelsea fan.

      He is a good talent. Crystal Palace - to be honest come first place in my view for developing and introducing young talent, Chelsea are up there too, but we don't adequately respect our assets properly, by not giving them chances of breaking ingot the first team.

      @@fusionsuper34 Chelsea are awful, god awful at developing. They purchase some of the world top talent, send them on loan for 10+ years then expect them to gel in the prem when needed. Arsenal are 10x better at development and implementation into the first team. It's Arsenal,Palace and any teams without a mass amount of money to replace people like shoes.

    I genuinly believe there is just as much talent in England than there is abroad. Clubs need to stop buying overpriced foreign players and use that money instead to invest more in scouting areas all over the country. Countless ballers I've seen play in cages over the years that had 0 opportunity and all it took was to be spotted and given a chance. France national team are full of players from these backgrounds but were given the opportunity we need to do the same.

    • @davidjr6673
      @davidjr6673 3 года назад +6

      I agree, when you see all the youth at a local youth club or just a simple kick about on the street you will see that the U.K has ALOT if not the BEST talent when it comes to football. Only wish more was invested into English youth players.

      Exactly what is wrong with the big six, seven English clubs and the league in general. But they just won't bother. But I agree, stop taking from Germany and Spain and develop our own talents at home.

    • @CMJames
      @CMJames 2 года назад +1

      I don’t think English coaches and scouts are as good at spotting and nurturing talent as France, Germany, Spain etc. That is why England success at a national level is non existent, whilst the EPL is one of the best in the world it wouldn’t be considered that if it weren’t for foreign talent.
      How many English managers have won the EPL? Something is severely lacking in England

    • @randomguy1401
      @randomguy1401 8 месяцев назад +1

      Exactly, if you play in England, you'll see that there's so many players that are better than youth academy players at grassroots level and the quality of football is very high but all the clubs want to do is spend. If we scouted local areas much more we could have a much stronger National Team and increase the number of home-grown talents and domestic players.

    Yes God is so great! Tyrick could of easily gone down the wrong path with his Father being in prison and Mother being unemployed. Thats why its so important that young people have postive role models in their lives i.e. mentors, youth workers or just anyone who cares. Football seemed like a escapism for him, something that helped him to forget about his pain/ worries and allowed him to express himself. Just as he said in the video himself " If God says he will do something he will do it".
    Accepting Jesus Christ is into your life is the first step, he has access to our Heavenly Father (John 14:6). God will a make a way when there seems to be no way, every cry, every plea he hears. God will place you where you need to be and work through every person that will help you to fulfil your God given purpose.

      Crystal Palace should keep hold of their great creations and let them develop, not hand them over to Man United or Chelsea, or Arsenal or Tottenham, Liverpool, Man City and Everton for that matter - give them bumper contracts and not give them first team opportunities. The big clubs don't respect young talent properly.
