i was a 4th dan at 14 years old..moved out to sticks and couldn't continue my lessons..so glad i found this.i'm 52 now and remember alot of what i was taught.This is helping me alot get back into a sport i loved as a kid. Thanks for great videos.

You can do it! And part of getting the 5th degree is sharing and teaching the practice of taekwondo. Even after you open your own studio, keep training and aim for 5th degree!

i achieved first degree black belt when i was younger. i haven't practiced in over 15 years. there is no TKD in my town. I was wondering if just learning the forms would be a good way to revive my skillset and even progress.

In terms of international scale poomsae, this isn’t the best to learn from (off stances and other small things) people dislike what they think is wrong even though different schools and countries will teach different.
