@@2j4ez thanks... i'll give that a shot once my programming cable gets here. New to GMRS and this is my first "mobile / base station" radio. Have the radio just waiting on the cable from amazon. Plan on using this on long roadtrips only in the truck and at home as a base station. Got a good deal on an "open box" on eBay but the radio was actually brand new. Guess the seller just listed it as open box since its older generation radio. Not bad for $55 USD
do you have a link where i can buy this lol i cant find it anymore,also i remember you can set this radio so it show the voltage you have left when you run it portable,very usefull i see you use this one on the bike
Question I have three humax boxes and a quad lnb. Why do these boxes conflict with each other when I want to record 4 programmes there is always a weak signal Have I to install another satellite dish?
my friend had 2 satellite boxes conencted to one dish. one box he used for a controller to move the dish and the other was to watch. he had to turn off the first box in order to watch a second box otherwise he would get a weak signal message on the screen

I saw a photo in the manual with the source voltage displayed on the bottom have you figured out how to display the source battery voltage ?
@@delta9jms not used the radio in ages i think the voltage is displayed when no call sign is programmed in the radio
